 DSC 2014 - OATH OF COMMITMENT @Vijayawada PROGRAMME ON 01.06.2016- 

INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES TO ATTEND THE OATH OF COMMITMENT PROGRAMME ON 01.06.2016 

• The candidate selected should download the Appointment order from website on 31.05.2016

•  After downloading the Appointment order, the candidate should straight away head to the District Educational Officer concerned and get the Appointment order attested.

•   In case of failure to do so, the candidate can approach the counter at the designated venue identified for the District and get the Appointment order attested. 

• The candidate should get himself registered at the counter identified for the respective District. 

•  The candidate should attend the Oath of Commitment Programme to be administered by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh on 01.06.2016 at Indira Gandhi Municipal Corporation Stadium, MG Road, Labbipet,Vijayawada.

•  The candidate should be present at the venue at 2:00 PM sharp.

•   The Breakfast, Lunch and Snacks will be provided by the Department

•  The candidates should come alone and no accompanier shall be allowed, except in exceptional cases

• DISTRICT WISE REGISTRATION COMMITTIES

  Hearty Congratulations on being selected and appointed to the Noble profession of Teaching in the Education Department of AndhraPradeshState.
  Govt.of Andhra Pradesh is holding a State Level program to welcome you into the services of School Education Department at a public program to be conducted on 1st June 2016 at the Indira Gandhi Municipal Corporation Stadium, MG Road, Vijayawada. You are invited to attend this public program. Please note the following instructions carefully and take necessary action.
  
  
   1) The “Oath of Commitment” programme will be held at Indira Gandhi Municipal Corporation Stadium, MG Road, Labbipet,Vijayawada on 01-06-2016 at 02.00 PM 
  
  
  2) The Hon’ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh will administer the “Oath of Commitment” to all the newly recruited teachers on the occasion. This oath or pledge is aimed to affirm your dedication to the teaching profession, your commitment to discharge your duties with utmost sincerity and your promise to guide the school children to become skilled, aware and responsible citizens and make Andhra Pradesh a truly knowledge state.
  
  
   3) The selected candidates should download the Appointment order from www.apdsc.cgg.gov.inon 31.05.2016.
  
  
   4) Along with the downloaded Appointment order, the candidate should reach by 10AM the designated venue identified for his/her District. He/She should register their presence by getting the Appointment order attested at the designated counter from their respective District Educational Officers' team. 
  
  
  5) The District wise designated locations for registration are noted at the end of this letter. All these three locations are within the radius of 0.5 km to 1.5 km from the venue of the program. 
  
  
  6) After completing the registration formalities and lunch, the candidate should reach by 2 pm the Oath of Commitment Programme venue, Indira Gandhi Municipal Corporation Stadium, MG Road, Labbipet,Vijayawada. 
  
  
  7) The candidate should be present at the venue by 2:00 PM sharp. 8) The Lunch, Snacks and Dinner will be provided by the Department. 9) Only the candidates will be allowed at the venue.
